Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index

In 2023, AXIA was included in the Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index (GEI), ranking among 600 global companies that actively promote equity. The index evaluates five pillars: leadership and talent pipeline, pay equity and transparency, inclusive culture, sexual harassment prevention, and external brand. This recognition reinforces our commitment to driving meaningful change and building an increasingly diverse, ethical, and inclusive environment.

We foster a more accessible and inclusive environment through initiatives such as the Talent Pool for People with Disabilities, which expands opportunities and representation through affirmative hiring practices, and the Support Program for People with Disabilities (PAPD). This program provides support through expense reimbursement and access to educational, therapeutic, and professional development practices, with extended coverage for dependents.
