How our Compliance Program works

The Compliance Program brings together a set of actions designed to prevent, identify, and correct irregularities such as fraud, corruption, and unethical conduct.

 

More than simply complying with anti-corruption laws, we aim to strengthen a culture of integrity inside and outside the company, engaging leaders, employees, partners, and suppliers.

 

Our program is based on three pillars: prevention, detection, and improvement.

This is our main behavioral guide. It defines the principles and attitudes expected from all professionals in the company toward every stakeholder. The document broadens the approach to ethics and integrity within the ESG framework, aligning values such as people, planet, governance, and prosperity.

We provide an independent and secure channel through which anyone can report suspicious behavior or violations anonymously and without fear of retaliation. It operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, ensuring full confidentiality.

We offer an open and trustworthy space for dialogue, where every concern is handled with ethics, impartiality, and confidentiality. Our commitment is to promote transparency, embrace diverse perspectives, and contribute to a fair, safe, and discrimination-free environment.
