A whistleblower report should contain:
- Details of the incident (evidence)
- Information on the name, position, and location of the person reported
- Description of the reported behavior
- Indication of other individuals involved
- Date, time, and location of the incident
All reports are investigated seriously and professionally. When confirmed, consequences may range from administrative sanctions to process adjustments and new training.
