Our Ombudsman Channel aims to strengthen relationships with internal and external audiences, recording requests, complaints, suggestions, and compliments in order to find possible solutions to these demands.

 

Our Whistleblowing Channel receives and investigates possible misconduct and irregularities, ensuring the anonymity of the whistleblower.

 

All complaints are investigated seriously and professionally.

 

When confirmed, consequences can range from administrative sanctions to process changes and new training.

A whistleblower report should contain:

  •  Details of the incident (evidence)
  •  Information on the name, position, and location of the person reported
  •  Description of the reported behavior
  •  Indication of other individuals involved
  •  Date, time, and location of the incident
